application process - one for all - art (Gerardo Labarca's group)
Information for applicants
This is a collaboration between One for All - Art (Gerardo Labarca's group), La Galerie Perkins, and Empreinte D'Art.

The One for All - Art exposition will run from July 3rd to 13th at La Galerie Perkins,
1169 Rte 243, Melbourne, QC J0B 2B0.
​
The vernissage will take place on July 3rd and artists must be in attendance for the vernissage. The exposition will be open to the public during select hours until the 13th but the gallery personnel will greet visitors during this time. Artists may be there if they would like but it is not an obligation.
This edition is open to artists from Quebec.
The application deadline is March 17th. Applicants will be advised whether or not they were selected at the beginning of April.
To apply artists must be a member of the ONE FOR ALL – art Facebook group.

Approximately 30 artists will be selected to participate in the exposition.
​
All artwork must be at the gallery by June 30th (no artwork will be accepted after that date and no refunds will be given.)

A 10$ fee must be paid per piece of artwork to apply (artists can apply with more than 1 piece but only 1 piece will be accepted to be in the show). The application fees are to be sent by e-transfer (on the same day as the photos) to empreintedarts@gmail.com
All photos of the artwork must be labeled with the title and dimensions of the piece. The artwork cannot be changed for the show. The piece selected by the jury must be the piece presented.
Paintings/photographs cannot be any wider (horizontal) than 40 inches wide and CANNOT be 72 inches in height (vertical). There will be 3-foot x 3-foot spaces for sculptures to be displayed.​​

Following the jury’s response, a contract must be signed, and the $60 fee must be paid within 2 weeks after receiving the contract.
​
A 15% fee will be taken on any sales done during the show.

All art pieces must stay in place during the entire 10-day show even if they are sold
